Watermark Indonesia, a leading Event Organizer, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager. We specialize in creating unforgettable experiences and are looking for a talented professional to lead our event management initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Planning, organizing, and executing an integrated and effective brand events
• Prepare the project budget and schedule all tasks and activities related to the project
• Creating and managing timelines and maintaining effective communications with clients and project teams
• Leading and coordinating all project activities, including site selection budget management, production schedules, vendor selection, and other logistics

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• D3 / S1 all majors
• Experienced as a Project Manager in a creative agency or event organizer for at least 1 year
• Experienced as a project executive in a creative agency or event organizer for at least 3 years
• Excellent in creating presentation and budget plans
• Manage to keep up with tight deadlines and pay good attention to detail
• creative and good communication skills
• Deep understanding of marketing and brand activation strategy
